L A Icon Search 2026 — Terms & Application

Effective Date: 01 January 2026

Welcome to the L A Icon Search 2026! This initiative is designed to celebrate dancers who love our brand and want to share it with their dance community. By applying, you agree to the following program terms:

Section 1: About the Program

  • Program Duration: Each Icon term runs for 6 months from the date of acceptance.
  • What You’ll Receive:
    • A Welcome Package featuring selected L A Dancewear items.
    • A personalised discount code to share with your followers.
    • Opportunities to be featured on L A Dancewear’s social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Section 2: Who Can Apply

  • Age: Applicants under 16 years must have a parent or legal guardian manage their account and participation.
  • Location: Open to Australian residents only.
  • Social Media: You must maintain an active, public account (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and regularly post dance or activewear-related content.
  • Dance & Fitness: Applicants should be actively involved in dance, cheer, or fitness activities.
  • Brand Exclusivity: During your 6-month term, you may not represent, promote, or collaborate with other dance or activewear brands.

Section 3: Your Responsibilities as an Icon

  • Weekly Posting: Share at least one post per week featuring L A Dancewear products (photos, videos, or reels).
  • Tagging: Always tag @l.a.dancewear in posts featuring our products.
  • Professional Conduct: Represent the brand positively both online and in person.
  • Content Standards: Ensure all content aligns with L A Dancewear’s style, values, and community guidelines.
  • Music: Music used in videos must not contain explicit language or offensive content.
  • Engagement: Interact with L A Dancewear’s social media and share updates when possible.

Section 4: Brand Guidelines

  • Image Use: By participating in the program, you grant L A Dancewear a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your photos, videos, and related content for purposes including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, website, social media, and promotional activities.
  • Brand Assets: Do not alter L A Dancewear logos or promotional materials without prior written approval.
  • Community Values: Promote positivity, inclusivity, and encouragement within the dance community.

Section 5: Confidentiality & Conduct

Icons may receive early access to information about new collections or launches. This information must remain confidential until officially announced.

Section 6: Program Changes & Termination

  • Voluntary Exit: You may withdraw at any time by emailing L A Dancewear.
  • Removal: L A Dancewear reserves the right to remove participants who fail to meet requirements or breach these terms.
  • End of Term: After your term ends, discount codes and ambassador privileges will expire.

Section 7: Liability Disclaimer

L A Dancewear is not liable for issues arising from participation, including social media account problems or product-related concerns.

Section 8: Agreement

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
