Shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility.
Returned items that do not fit must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
When returning items that do not fit, customers will either be able to exchange the item/s, receive a credit or can request a full refund (minus any shipping costs). Items that do not fit must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund, credit or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
L A Dancewear will refund freight charges if the item is deemed damaged or defective.
Please note that all returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return policy criteria may not be eligible for a refund, credit or replacement item.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at admin@ladancewear.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund, credit or replacement item within 5-7 business days.
If a return has been approved and the customer would like a refund, LA Dancewear will only return the money to the account or credit card number that the original invoice was debited to.
