Change of Mind / Incorrect Fit
If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund (excluding shipping costs).
Please ensure the following conditions are met:
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at admin@ladancewear.com.au.
We’ll guide you through the return process and offer a refund, credit, or replacement, based on your preference.
If the item is deemed faulty, L A Dancewear will cover all return shipping charges.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email admin@ladancewear.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide step-by-step instructions on how to return your item.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, credit, or replacement within 5–7 business days.
